No refunds will be given unless products are genuinely faulty. We are happy to refund customers who have justified complaints where goods are defective. We cannot provide refunds to products that have been worn, damaged after the purchase or if you change your mind. We can offer exchanges if products are the wrong size unless they have been damaged or worn.
